ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Speakers need to upload their presentation by Friday, May 23 at noon.
Click HERE to upload your presentation. Please note that changes cannot be made after you have uploaded the presentation.
IMPORTANT: You must name the file as follows: RoomName_Date_Time-Time_NameofSpeaker. See your session and presentation details below.
For example:
Columbine_May 26_1300-1430_Jame Bloggs.pptx
CongressHall_May 27_1000-1030_Mia Nielsen.pptx
The presentation must be in PowerPoint format, widescreen (16:9), and in English. We recommend you to focus on the major points of your work, supported by key conclusions drawn from your data. Avoid excessive detail and down-prioritize methods in favor of results and conclusions with clinical relevance. A concise, well-paced presentation is far more valuable to the audience than an overcrowded or rushed one.
- Keep data on each PowerPoint slide visually simple.
- Use large, legible letters. Recommended for main text: 24–28 pt, figures/tables ≥18 pt
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest and avoid commercial references as advertising of products is prohibited
The session rooms will be equipped with the following:
- Laptop
- Projector
- Screen
- Microphones (depending on the seat capacity of the room)
- Clicker/laser pointer (depending on the seat capacity of the room)

If for some reason you will be prevented from attending and presenting at the NJF Congress 2025, please let us know as soon as possible.
