Conversation Salon
The Conversation Salon is a new format encouraging in-depth, interactive discussions on key topics in an informal setting. Unlike a workshop, it does not involve skills training but fosters reflective dialogue and knowledge exchange guided by a small panel of experts. Congress delegates do not need to register, but for the sake of the conversation, we expect participants to stay for the full session rather than moving between discussions or other parallel sessions.
Workshop
Workshops are highly interactive, hands-on sessions designed for skill-building and practical learning. Participants engage actively throughout the session, working with specific techniques or concepts under guidance. Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants are expected to stay for the full duration to ensure continuity and meaningful engagement. No prior registration is required.
Parallel Sessions
Parallel sessions are dedicated to the dissemination of research and quality and development projects. The sessions are organized by overarching topics. Each presenter has 15 minutes to share their work, and if time allows, a joint Q&A will take place at the end of the session. With multiple sessions running simultaneously, participants can choose the topics most relevant to their interests.
Poster Sessions
Poster sessions showcase research and quality and development projects, organized by topic. With two rounds of poster presentations, we encourage participants to visit the poster area across multiple days to explore a wide range of work and engage in discussions with presenters during breaks.
